WOW! I was introduced to Fallon in Lucky Numbers and from that story I knew he had suffered great loss but I had no idea the depth of his loss and how it truly derailed his life. Katie is sent to find Fallon and get a deed for a family property from him. When she climbs on Fallon's boat while he is out, she never expects to become a stowaway. I loved Katie's spunk, determination and pure guts to get the job done. She has overcome a horrible childhood and found a way to make something of herself and find security she never really expected. Katie doesn't really know what to make of Fallon but when they end up stuck with each other for a few days, well, the sparks fly and the games begin. Will Fallon allow himself to love again? Can he move on from his tragic past? Oh, I forgot to mention Twigs, she steals the show is just a wonderful ray of sunshine in the dark world Fallon has immersed himself within. Love how she shows us hope for Fallon's redemption.
